Roseanna “Rosie” Cook, 63, a Deltona, Florida resident, passed away March 4, 2017 in Orange City, Florida. She was born December 14, 1953 in Mary Allis, Kentucky to Charles B. Willoughby and Ella Morris.
She is survived by her husband Steve Cook; her sons Leon Cale and Michael Green; her daughter Tara Napier; her brother Mike Willoughby of Whiteland, Indiana; and her sister Jane Shuler of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Florida 32763.
