Yolanda Ortiz

Yolanda was a loving homemaker, not only to her family, but also to her extended family. She treated everyone as family and opened her home to everyone. She was the most caring and generous person.

She loved music and dancing, family gatherings and parties, going on cruises, crossword puzzles and chocolate. She was a jokester and was always laughing.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her parents, Juan & Carmen Rodriguez and sister, Nilda Forgy.

Yolanda is survived by her husband, Edwin Ortiz, Sr.; children, Carlos Rivera (Mariela), Melissa Quintana (Daniel) and Edwin Ortiz, Jr. (Gladys); sisters, Evelyn Rodriguez, Carmen Rivera and Lucy Cortez; brother, Juan Rodriguez; grandchildren, Omar Santiago, Riley Rivera, Bailey Rivera, Leilana Rivera, Daniel Quintana, Jr., Gabriel Quintana and Lukas Ortiz.

A visitation will be held for Yolanda on Monday, August 9, 2021 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm. A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00pm. All services will take place at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
