Dale Stephanie Swann

Dale was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Blanch and Vernard Parks. She attended college and became a nurse and began working in the medical field.

Dale attended First Coast Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Wendy May; sister, Denise McNeil and her parents Blanche and Vernard Parks.

Survived by her sister, Donna Welch. Three nieces: Kimberly Schmidt, Wanda Locklear and Elena Ortiz. One nephew, Jerry Welch, Jr.

A visitation for Dale will be held Friday, October 27, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM. We will reconvene after the funeral services at Jacksonville Memory Gardens for a committal service.
