Donna Sue McKinlay

Born on January 24, 1971, in Jacksonville, Donna was the beloved daughter of the late Earl Sr. and Sue Delbaugh. She was raised in a home filled with love, resilience, and strong family values, which she carried with her throughout her life.

A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Donna leaves behind a legacy of unwavering love, compassion, and strength. She is survived by her cherished children: daughters Hannah Gref (Brian) and Kayla Allen (Mark), and sons Ashton Hall and Bryce Hall. Her memory lives on through her beloved grandchildren, Norah Allen, Ezra Allen, and Daisy Allen, who brought her immense joy and pride.

Donna is also survived by her loving siblings: brother Earl Delbaugh Jr., and sisters Stephanie Gates and Angie Branch (Bobbie). She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends whose lives she touched with kindness and grace.
