Haley Nicole Schoenfeld

Haley Nicole Schoenfeld, age 31, of Florahome, Florida passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Haley was born in Jacksonville, FL and the family wishes to thank all of her caregivers especially Rebecca Anderson, teachers especially Jack, caseworkers especially Vecie Yasensak Christian and Robin Barwick and Easter Seals Early Intervention.

Haley was predeceased by her father, Bernard Keith Schoenfeld; grandfathers: Ronald Stormes Altman and Donald Schoenfeld; grandmother, Winnie Schoenfeld. She is survived by her mother, Amy Altman Schoenfeld; 2 sisters: Rebecca Schoenfeld and Skylar Altman; 2 brothers: Jason Schoenfeld and Zachary Altman; grandmother, Tavie Altman; great uncle and great aunt, Browne and Nancy Altman; aunt, Susan Altman; 5 uncles: Ronald Altman, Jr, Richmond Altman, Matthew Altman, Michael Schoenfeld and Donald Schoenfeld, Jr; nieces, nephews and cousin: Sean Davis, Caitlyn Davis, Michael Davis, Scarlett Abrams, Keith Schoenfeld, Saki Schoenfeld, Waylan Schoenfeld, Freya Schoenfeld, River Schoenfeld, Eden Altman, Olivia Donnelly, Lincoln Altman, Zoe Altman, Raymond Tucker, Brenden Maddox and Jaden Altman; and a host of extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
