Helen K. Chase, age 85, passed away October 14, 2013. She was born in Starke, Fl and had lived in Jacksonville for 15 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Lionel Chase and 2 infant sons Keith and Kevin. Survivors include her son: George Chase, 2 daughters: Karen Benito and Denise Nadolski; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL 32073.
