Jolene Ann Cook, age 74, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025. She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota to the late Craiton and Agnis Johnson. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Jolene is survived by her 2 sons: Jeffrey Cook and James Cook; grandson, Jack Cook; granddaughter, Natalie Cook; sister, Joy Ragland; and niece, Heather Hochstein; and a host of extended family and friends.
Family honored her wishes with no formal services.
