Happy Birthday Daddy! I love ad miss you beyond words. 

My first "boss"  in my first job as an Engineering Division Officer on the USS Lawrence.  He treated me well - taught me a bunch about leadership and navel engineering. Larry -- you made an impression upon me and I still think of you with warm thoughts 30 years after we worked together.  Belated Condolences to the Besaw family.  Larry was a good man.

Still thinking of you always and wishing you were here to talk, Dad.

As I walk down this road called life I'll always remember Larry

Larry Besaw was a friend, a mentor, a guide in my life without even knowing it. He was a faithful and loving husband; a wonderful father and grandfather. A hard working man from the beginning to the end. He will be loved and missed always. May we all do our best to live up to HIS LEGACY!!!

It has been a blessing for me to be able to know Larry, I considered him my friend and one of the greatest co-workers I have had the opportunity to spend my hours with. My heart is with all the ones who knew him and loved him. I love him still and always will. See you in heaven Larry when the time comes we will chat again.

My grandpa was amazing. I loved and cherished the moments when i was able to see him considering i live out of state. He was always happy, he joked a lot, and was a really hard worker. Pushed the whole family to be successful. I miss him dearly and i forever will. Papa your always in my heart and forever in my mind. I know your happy and i know you're watching over us. I love you. To the Besaw Family: Larry was truly a great friend, kind hearted, considerate and always had something positive to say. I will miss him tremendously. His legacy will continue through his children and grandchildren. My deepest condolences and may God bless the family through this unfortunate ordeal.

I will never forget that Larry was the first person I spoke with when I came to work for Earl Industries 15 years ago and from then on he has been a insperation and a good friend. I will miss him very much. A true fellow worker and a dedicated tradesmen. He is now on a different journey and will always be in my heart. Thanks and God bless His family during this time.

I have been blessed to work on several projects with Larry. I watched him both work with and teach many during that time. I have seen his influence on those friends and coworkers. He earned my respect many times over. A good man who treated others with dignity. I respectfully offer my sympathy to all of his friends, family and coworkers. Larry Besaw was like a big brother to me, a friend to most and a mentor to all. We have lost a great man and a dedicated family man. I know that I did not know him for very long, but in the almost 10 years that I got to spend getting to know him, in my heart he became my grandfather too. He accepted me, my wife and children as family no questions asked, he never made us feel less than true family and he will be dearly missed. RIP Papa
