Mildred Fahland (nee Penney), 87, of Orange Park passed away Friday, February 13, 2026. Born in Carbonear, Newfoundland Canada to Albert and Bertha Penney and moved to the United States and various Naval Bases abroad after marrying Allen Fahland in 1965.
Predeceased by her spouse of 55 years, Allen Fahland (Aug 2020) and Daughter Faye Ammons age 55 (May 2022).
Survived by daughters Allison Fahland of Orange Park, FL; Heather Ceparano of Grand Marais, MN; Brother Albert (Pauline) Penney of Carbonear Newfoundland; Grandchildren - Cody, Thomas, Penney, Cassidy (Ethan), Sydney; Great Granddaughter Brylee.
Additionally mourned by many nieces and nephews and many friends near and far.
Services to be determined at a later date to be entered in the National Cemetary when services for Allen and Faye are held.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations be made to Haven Hospice of Orange Park.
