I hate this post before I’ve even begun. And honestly I don’t have words… not eloquent ones, at least. 

Alzheimers stole so much from us but while you were here, you radiated. You went through pre-school with me. You taught me how to be a good cousin so that I could be a great sister. I got to see you play in the water as you hiked up your dress. You laughed. 

I loved you. I love you. 

You don’t know it but I kissed you a few days ago. 

Even in darkness, you forgot me but you remembered Elijah and that meant everything to me. Thank you.

Mis más sentidas condolencias a la familia, amigos y conocidos en este duro momento, tuve la bendición de conocer a  Titi Achi una hermosa y amorosa dama la cual aprendí amar desde el 1998 cuando la conocimos mi familia y yo,  desde ese día se convirtió en familia para siempre. Hoy me uno al dolor de su familia pero sé que en este momento está gozando de su recompensa en el cielo y que ganó la corona de vida eterna.

Aida, Achi, was my neighbor and friend. She was very much appreciated by my Mother and myself. She was kind, simple, spiritual, and full of peace. My condolences to the whole family. May she rest in the peace of the Lord.

I love you so much grandma! You were the best grandma. You showed me what unconditional love was. Never judged and loved with your whole heart...a very rare breed. We have so many great memories together and I will cherish them forever. I wish I could be half the woman you were but I will strive for that..especially in my faith . I will miss you so much. Every time I saw you I would always smile because it was like you meeting me all over again. You always had this light on you that would brighten everyone’s day. Funny how you always remembered Little Siyon aka Gordito. I know you’re in a better place now watching over your loved ones and taking care of them. Rest in Paradise beautiful 🕊

You had the sweetest soul.  You reminded me so much of Mama Milla.

I love you Grandma! I’m so grateful for all the memories and love I have to look back on. You were always so gentle, sweet and caring when I came to me and that’s how I will always remember you 

My sweet mommy, I glint on to your love, your strength, and perfect example of a true follower of The Most High. God is so awesome! I thank Him for orchestrating your last weeks, days and hours allowing me to share memories, laughs and tears with you and my siblings.  You shared your peace so that we could also be at peace. 
I’ll always remember when I laid next to you one night  I asked if you were comfortable and you grab my hand and said “now I am”.

My mom & I remember attending a painting party with Soraya and her mom!  It was so much fun 🤩

She has always let me called her mom  and my kids calling her grandma . She had a heart of gold . You are truly going to be missed  but you are In a better place love you ❤️
