Arthur had a career as a Factory Machine Operator and as a Handyman and had a passion for his family and the beach.
He is survived by his Significant Other Christiana Degale, and by his son Christopher Degale. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: Keith Jacelon,Judith Wharton, Anthony Jacelon,Eric Jacelon, Josette Baptiste, Andrea Burkett.
He is predeceased by his parents Edgar Jacelon and Stella Marquez, by his sisters Jo-An Jacelon and Carole Jacelon, and by his brother Joey Jacelon.
A visitation for Castro will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Family Funeral Care, 13001 South John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837, followed by a funeral service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
