Carl Reshaud Simmons was born June 30, 1981 in Vicenza, Italy to Charles and Debra Simmons. He was a United States Navy and an Iraq War Veteran. He was reared in New Orleans, LA a city he loved dearly and the home of his beloved New Orleans Saints. He was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School; he attended Southern University of Baton Rouge and Southern University at New Orleans as well as Webster University in Orlando. He leaves behind his lovely wife Marie Simmons & unborn child, his father Charles Simmons, mother Debra Simmons, his sister Carla Simmons, Grandmother Ocenetta Williams, father-in-law Eugene Brightwell, mother-in-law Anna Brightwell, uncles, aunts, cousins, and brothers & sisters in law. He will be dearly missed by all of us.
