Gloria May Stevens

Gloria was born in 1936 in Greenland District, Hanover, Jamaica and lived there most of her life. She is the daughter of the late Adolphus Stevens and Louise Anson.

She retired as Matron of Noel Holmes Hospital in Lucea, Jamaica after serving 44 years in the Nursing profession. In retirement, she enjoyed traveling, tending to her duties as a Justice of the Peace.  She was also an active member of Greenland United Church.

She was preceded in death by Dorothy Wood, sister, Sylvia Stevens, sister, Arthur Stevens, brother.

She is survived by, Andrea Jolly, daughter; Robert Jolly, son, (Debbie Jolly); Brandon Jolly, grandson; Ashley Jolly, granddaughter; Jeziah Rodriguez, great-grandson; Franklin Stevens, brother; (Thelma Stevens); Barry Stevens, nephew; (Barbara Stevens); Donna Griffin, niece, (Tony Griffin). Racquel Dean, Amanda Stevens, Tiffany Stevens, grandnieces; Tiara Goldberg, and Mikayla Goldberg, great-grandnieces.
