Trey, Nicole my family is so sad for your loss. We shared many moments and days in the Hospital. Holden is part of my son's story too. We will always remember him. God bless both of you dear friends. (I'm sorry for not att. today, we get it too late).

Dear Flynn Family, 
  Whenever we need comfort, security and warmth we reach for a quilt. Each panel on the quilt, each square is different, no two are ever the same. No matter how close the squares resemble someone else's quilt, they are very different. 
   In times if loss, the memories of the loved one stay with us. Each memory is like a photograph, and as we remember the person. Like a quilt, everyone's photo/memories are not the same no matter how close. 
   If you think of each memory photo as a square on a quilt, each one being different but unique to you. Whenever you are feeling sad, lost or are in need of warmth and security, wrap yourself in the memory quilt. 
   Like a quilt, the memories that are stitched together to make your quilt. Instead of thread the stitches are the love, In your hearts. Whenever you need comfort your quilt will always be there. 
   I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you and Sweet  little tin man. God be with you today and always .

There are no words that can ease the pain and "I'm sorry for your loss" just become another set of words.  With that being said, we will keep the entire Flynn family in our thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.

Every time his adorable face popped up on my Facebook page it was impossible not to smile.  I never was able to meet Holden but he had an amazing impact on my life and those around me.  I would often share his story with friends, co-workers and my family.  I can't imagine the pain you are feeling right now, Trey and Nicole, but I know you two are strong and together you will survive it.  

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

You are an amazing, strong family and I have learned so much about fighting  daily from you. Holden was such a special angel. Not always happy to see us but always willing to run around and shoot for the door. We will all miss him! Trey and Nicole, words will Never be enough but Ray and I are so sorry for your lose. The two of you have been through so much over the last 2 years with Holden. Tin Man has become My Champion & Angel of My Heart. I beheld his joy and love of family & life through updates from My Master Surgeon, Dr. Flynn, and I grew to love this Little Man.  Bless Him & His Family always.

Although we never had the privilege of meeting Holden in person we kept track of his progress through Helen and Julie and kept Holden and all of you in our prayers.  Even the people in my office have been praying for Holden.  We are so sorry for your loss..there are no words.  What a beautiful child!
