

His wife, Theresa predeceased him, April 20, 2006. He is survived by his son, Robert H Hill, daughter in law, Pat Hill, and granddaughters, Ramona Ostering and Felicia Fletcher, and three great granddaughters. Mr. Hill served as an infantry man in the army in World War II, and with the Army Air Force in Germany during the occupation. He graduated from Cranford High School, N.J. in 1944 and from Rutgers University in 1953 where he received a B.S. degree in business administration. He was employed as an office manager by the Suburban Propane Gas Co. and later managed the physical plant department of Rutgers University. He and his wife owned and operated Hills Ice Cream business until 1982, when they retired to Hawaii, moving, after twelve years to Orlando in 1994. Family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 237 East Marks St. Orlando, FL 32803. A visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care, 13001 South John Young Parkway Orlando FL on Monday July 6th from 2pm – 5pm, with a service starting at 3pm.
