Jack Allen Harris

The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home Conway located at 1413 S. Semoran Blvd. Orlando, FL 32807. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Friday before the service. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm. Burial will follow the service at Chapel Hill Cemetery located at 2400 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817.

Jack was born in Colorado Springs, CO on April 13, 1955. He graduated from Boone High School in Orlando, FL and went on to be an electrician for Palmer Electric for a short while. Jack then served 4 years for his country in the United States Air Force. He then continued his career working at Disney for 27 years.

Jack was a jokester. He always brought a smile to anyone who was around him. He loved visiting with friends and family and they loved visiting with him. Jack really liked raising orchids and did a very good job of doing that. He was also a master on the grill.

His wife,Tina Harris, his 3 sons, Frank, Sam, Jory and Grandson, Conner, survive Jack.

He is also survived by his parents, Bill and Jo Harris, and his sister, Diane Herzberg. Jack came from a large family with nieces, nephews and cousins also mourning his passing.

The family of Jack wishes to thank the ORMC Cancer Center for their excellent care along with Vitas Hospice who took such great care of Jack. They would also like to thank friends and family for their loving thoughts and prayers through his illness.
