

Lifelong Orlando Resident James Arell Harris, Jr. 74 1942-2017 Passed away Saturday February 18 Served in the United State Marine Corps, retired as a Lt. with the Orange County Sheriff's Department and a local entrepreneur. Mr. Harris lived as a Father figure to many, he was a selfless man who opened his home to those who needed one. He served on the Board of Directors of the Russell Home for Atypical Children and a Grandfather figure to those special needs residents. Survived by his wife of 54 years Judy Ray Harris. Children: Vantrease (Mike), Betty (Rick) Alvin, Victor (Holly), Kevin - Preceded in Death, Arell (Michelle), Kenny (Karen), Jeff, Corey (Stephanie), Chris (Dawn). Grandchildren: Heath, Jerrod, Hannah – Preceded in death, Parker, Brock, Tanner, Juliet, Chad, Ryan, Elise, Kevin Jr., Madison, Mariweir, Mclean, Katie, Kyle, Victoria, Seth, Brynn, Brittany, Evan and Faith.
