Jonathan Michael Lausell Sr.

Jonathan Michael Lausell Sr, 60, of Orlando Florida passed away on March 23, 2025. He was born at Mt Sinai Hospital in NY, New York on December 26, 1964 to Jose Raphael Lausell and Elba Teresa Uriarte.

Jonathan received his Associates and Bachelors degree from Thomas Edison State University and continued on to receive his Masters Degree from Columbia University. Jonathan was married to Gail Vendetta Sugrim on August 16, 1989. Jonathan began his career as a Peer Advocate at Osborne in Bronx, NY and continued his career as a ATI at Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack, NJ. He ended his career as a Social Worker at the Veterans Administration in Orlando, FL. Jonathan always had the desire to help others and was blessed to touch many lives throughout his journey. He had a passion for the NY Knicks, NY Giants, NY Yankees, the beach, traveling and playing scrabble.

Jonathan was survived by his children Jesseca Elise Pagan, Jonathan Michael Lausell Jr, Joshua Anthony Lausell, his son in law Terrence Terrell Harper l and his daughter in law Bria Lianna Lausell. His grandchildren Destini Tatyona Alexander (Moomoolicious), Jazmyn Elona Alexander(Bubba), Jordan Daniel Lausell (spank), Jayla Tiana Harper (babygirl), Melody Rayne Lausell (pretty girl), Dallas Anthony Harper (Bone), Jaylen Angel Lausell (papito), Terrence Terrell Harper ll and Jayden Antrell Harper. His brother Joseph Peter Lausell as well as his sisters Monique Lausell and Janelle Alexis Ramos. His niece Lailani Armas (Lala) and nephews Jeremiah Daniel Ramos (sugaman), Zayden Isaiah Villanueva (Zeebo) and Carlos Julio Mendez (CJ). Jonathan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, Uncle, brother and son to the ones he loved most.

The funeral service will be held from 4pm-8pm on April 4, 2025 at Baldwin Fairchild Alternatives At All Faiths 4901 S Orange Ave. Orlando FL 32806.
