Linda Dale Higgs, 63, of Orlando, passed away June 19, 2012. Born in Johnson City, Tennessee on December 9, 1948, she was the daughter of Jessie Clyde and Bethel Wright Goff. Mrs. Higgs was a homemaker. She is survived by a son Steven Shurr, daughter Lisa D. Ferrell, brother Jerry Birchfield, sisters Connie, Carolyn and Patricia Spade, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
