To our one of a kind brother in law, Phil.  We remember all of the many holidays that we spent together and how you always loved my lasagna.  It's hard to believe that you are no longer with us, but it comforts us to know that you are in a better place and not suffering anymore. Someday we will all be together again, and I will make you lasagna in Heaven.  We know you will watch over all of us.   We are so glad that we were able to spend time with you in January.  We love and miss you.

Daddy, you were and always will be the only true man in my life. After all my first words were "dada". I just realized the other night that I won't be able to celebrate Father's Day with you anymore. I was sobbing like a baby. I'm trying so hard to be here for mommy. I'm not saying that I'm holding in my grief, I'm just being strong for her when she needs me to be. I love you and miss you so much papa!! As mom has said this is not good bye, it's see you when I see you!! I think about you all the time, but I'm sure you knew that. Enjoy being able to live without pain and do whatever you want to do!! I love you infinity papa!! ❤

My dearest husband , it's been only a few weeks since your gone, and I still cannot believe that it's true. My Philly, my husband , my best friend, and my soulmate. You will never be replaced or forgotten. Life seems so dull and empty now. what else can I say my love except I miss you so incredibly much. My heart will ache forever. But you are with God now and I know you are without pain and you are happy. Dawn and I thought we heard you bowling with our Lord, but it was only thunder, we think! Uncle Phil, As I sit here thinking how I can actually add something meaningful to all the wonderful words about you from others, I get one clear picture in my mind....your unconditional love for me and our whole family.  From as far back as I can remember, no matter what happened,good and bad,  you were there for us to help, support, love and give advice to. I will always remember how completely supportive you always were with my acting career..and that you even called me "your star"..Once you even drove me to central park at 4 AM for a job I got to shoot a commercial. You insisted without me asking and took such pride in my work...you enjoyed being a part of it and I so much enjoyed it too. I will never forget all you did for all of us, how much you loved us, and all the wonderful and special memories of all our times together...including the holidays where you ,of course, would always REALLY stuff your face and then fall asleep on my couch.haha . It does break my heart that we can't see you now but I do have strong faith that you are still with us everyday and will still help me and the rest of us from where you are. Please keep watching and have Jesus bless each of us every day with love, restore our faith and strengthen our health. We will all meet again what will be for you just a single blink of an eye. All the special memories and moments we've shared will always remain in my mind and heart. You are now at peace in the company of Jesus, at last..and I will do my very best to continue to keep you proud and hopefully will always remain "your star". Miss you & love you very much!

Uncle Phil, it is hard to think that you are no longer on this Earth but I am so grateful that you are now whole again in your heavenly body and free of all illness.  You suffered for entirely too long and I know you will look out for all of us.  Please continue to send signs and reminders to aunt Maryann and Dawn so that they can be reminded that the only thing that died was your human flesh, Not your loving soul! I pray that God along with your help, can give them the strength to live their lives to the fullest and I know that when God is ready to call us to Heaven we will all be together. Until we meet again! Love you and thanks for always being there for us.

Your pain and suffering is over, and it's still so hard to believe you're gone. You became our brother" over 40 years ago, and we had so many good times over the years.  In the earlier years, we'll never forget our dinners at Cooky's Steak Pub in Huntington, Long Island, where you and Bob ate at least 20 pounds of shrimp between you. Then, in the later years, you and Bob consumed about 10 pounds of prime rib in Charlottesville, Virginia. We had so many laughs when you "Brooklyn" people would come out to Deer Park for the weekend. You said your main reason for coming out there was because you loved cutting our grass.  After the grass-cutting, we'd have a BBQ, and one time our dog Smokey grabbed the very last cheeseburger right out of your hand and ran off with it. One of the funniest things we remember was the time we went to Lori's boyfriend's "Battle of the Bands" at Deer Park High School. While we all sat in our seats, you insisted on going down to the stage to take pictures, except you ended up in the "mosh pit" and we watched you get thrashed around like a rag doll. In the later years, we moved to Virginia and you guys moved to Florida, and even though we didn't see each other too often, our hearts were always in sync. The last time I was able to make the trip to Florida, I'll never forget the smile on your face when I walked into your room at Keystone. We will never forget you, Phil, and we hope that you started your own landscaping business in heaven, and are now mowing the grass at the Lord's mansion behind the pearly gates. The next thunder storm we have, we can only help but wonder if you started to take up bowling again. Someday, we'll all be together again, but until then, rest in peace our brother, because once we're all together again. there will be no rest for the weary. We love you."

Phil, you will be missed dearly, but I know you're with God now. Your suffering is over and you are no longer missing home because you are at your Heavenly Home with your Creator. I'll never forget your heart of gold and how you looked out for me and protected me from some of the people in my life. We had a lot of hysterical times that will forever remain in my heart!! Getting silly with you was a regular thing when you visited with Mary Ann! You were son, husband, father, friend,brother,and always, for me, a loving relative that I knew, no matter how much time had passed between our visits, would welcome me with love and open arms once we connected again. For your generous, supportive and loving spirit, I will forever remain grateful. Don't worry, Mary Ann and Dawn are in the loving hands of their Heavenly Father, and family here on earth.
