Richard Waters born in Jacksonville Florida. Husband to Darlene Waters who passed August 23rd 2023. Father of Johnathan Waters . Father in law to Wanda Waters and Grandfather to Nathan Waters. Richard was a honest loving and caring man who was always there for his family. He met his beloved wife in 1988 and they fell in love on their first date. Shortly after that first date they got married and had their son Johnathan. Richard met his wife in Orlando and they decided to start their family here. Richard loved to fish and go on fishing trips with his family. Richard was a man you could count on and you could trust. He was always easy going and even tempered. He was an amazing father who provided guidance and wisdom to his son that will be forever cherished. He also had great stories to talk about growing up in Jacksonville where he did a lot of hunting and fishing with his father and brother. Richard also had great Navy stories to talk about . He was a navigator on a guided missile cruiser. He will be greatly missed by his family. His strong spirit and memory will live on forever. May he now rest in peace eternally with his wife Darlene in heaven.
