Roy Jesse Salmon, Jr.

Roy Jesse Salmon, Jr., at the age of 69, of Orlando, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2017, surrounded by his family. Roy was born on May 30, 1947, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Roy was the son of the late Roy Jesse Salmon Sr. and Mary Theresa Myers. He is survived by his ex-wife, Chris Salmon Snow. Roy was a loving father to their five children, Roy Jesse Salmon, Christine Mary Meeks (Thomas) , Jacqueline Michelle Salmon, Brandy Lynn Ciliberti ( Carmen) and Tracy Ann Ciliberti (Lauren) and also 10 precious grandchildren, Brittany Jaccoud-Miley( Victor), Carmen Ciliberti III (Meagan), Tiffany Ciliberti, Dominique Ciliberti, Olivia Ciliberti, Alyssa Ciliberti, Aysia Ciliberti, Thomas Meeks III, Brooklynn Meeks and Elena Meeks. Roy was also a loving brother to sisters, MaryAnn Doorly (Bruce), Dolores Tansey and the late France Taylor (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and one great-nephew John Speranza. A private family service will be held at Family Funeral Care in Hunters Creek, Orlando. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Science Care, as Roy always wanted to donate his body to science.
