She was born March 22, 1946 in Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Burton Earl and Hilary Jane (Thibodeau) Trevors.
She attended Pope Pius X High School in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, receiving a GED in Syracuse NY in 1974. She attended John Tyler Community College in Petersburg, Va and became a certified phlebotomist in 1996 after attending Orlando Vocational Technical School. Sandra and her husband, Regalado, celebrated 50 year of marriage on April 18. Sandra loved going to church, traveling and going on cruises.
Her hobbies, included, sewing, cooking, baking, painting and decorating her home. She loved doing for others.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by sisters, Betty, Catherine, Theresa, Helen, and brothers, Burton Jr, Kevin, Danny, and Charlie. She is survived by husband Regalado Lastra Jr, of Orlando, daughter Kerry of Orlando, sisters Janet Trevors of Val David, Quebec Canada and Vera Bertrand, of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, and many nieces and nephews who dearly loved her.
Viewing will be at Family Care Funeral Home April 30, 2020 2-8 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church May 1, 2020 10 am with interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha.
