Steven R. Payne

Steven Payne, 68 was taken from us on May 12, 2013, in Orlando, FL. Steve had a love for life, family and his work. He served his country for 37 years and retired as a Sergeant Major. He then proceeded to work for CHEP for the next 10 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley,driving his corvette, cooking chicken wings at UCF football games and cheering on his grandkids. He was an amazing Husband, Father, Son, Grandfather and friend to us all. We know he is in Heaven and able to see again, which is a blessing! Heaven gained an amazing man and now we all have an amazing Angel. He is survived by his wife, Pamela, his mother, Norma and his children Chad Payne (Cyndi) and Brooke Gregory (Mark). He also has five grandchildren, Camden, Channing, Collins, Brock and Carsyn. Steven was born in Greencastle, Indiana. There will be a Memorial Service at Carey Hand, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, Florida on Thursday, May 16th at 1 pm.
