

at Florida Hospital following a liver transplant and multiple post-surgery complications. Bill was born
September 26, 1942 in Mt Pleasant the son of the late William "Red" Hogan and Helen Francis Hogan.
Bill was a graduate of Ramsey High School , Mt Pleasant with the class of 1960, and enjoyed attending the
class reunions and especially the pre-reunion gatherings. He was a long time member of the Mt. Pleasant
Volunteer Fire Department, and became a Life Member before moving to Central Florida. He was a member
of the Pennsylvania State Fireman's Association, the Western Pennsylvania Fireman's Association, the
Mt. Pleasant Fireman's Club. He was a member of St. Pius Catholic Church, and an employee of Mt.Pleasant
Publishing as an advertising representative for the Ligonier Echo, for 18 years. Bill will be sadly missed by
his wife of 45 years, Susan Yoder Hogan, children David Hogan of Bear, Delaware, and Karen Hogan of
Orlando Florida, and a sister Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Laing, of Naples, Florida, numerous nieces, and nephews.

South John Young Pkwy, Orlando Florida 32837 where a prayer service will be held Wed 8PM.
A future memorial service, and internment of remains, is planned for Mr. Pleasant, PA, St Pius Catholic
Church, and St. Pius Cemetary approximately mid-June. Our thanks to the Florida Transplant Institute,
and surgical team for giving Bill this chance for life by approving him for this needed vital organ. Our family
has gained a new appreciation for those who volunteer to be placed on organ donors lists and families in a
time to sadness agree to allow donation of life to total strangers.
