Dennis – Cheryl A. Newcomb, formerly of Sterling, MA passed away Tuesday, October 21st after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Kent S. Newcomb, who died in 2005. They had been married for 33 years.
Born in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late Robert & Dorothy Curtis of Eastham, she graduated from Nauset High School in 1972 and Worcester State College in 1985 with a B.S. in Psychology. Cheryl & Kent owned and operated Timpany Liquors of Sterling, MA for many years. Cheryl leaves behind her sister Helen (John) McKee of South Carolina, sister Laurie (Kevin) Wells of New Hampshire, brother Robert (LaRee) Curtis of Utah, Henry (Maria) Curtis of Eastham, MA, sister Susan (Jim) Dyar of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
