Kathleen Tevlin Dyer was born in Brockton,Ma and summered in Wellfleet as a child. After graduating high school she moved to Wellfleet where she managed the Penny Patch for many years. She also worked in the Wellfleet Fire Tower. After starting a family she worked for herself as a seamstress. Mother to Rachael Dyer Hanscom and pre-deceased by her daughter Jessica Dyer, Grandmother to Tristan Hanscom. A caring friend to many. She loved to pick berries and make jellies and jams. She loved feeding the birds and wildlife around her home. She not only leaves her daughter and grandson but her partner William Brooks. She is also survived by her brothers John, Steve, Robert and Patrick and a sister Marion and many nieces and nephews. She also remained close friends with her ex-husband Herbert Dyer.
