To his family and friends,
I am truly sorry for your losses and deeply saddened. I shared many great times, shared great thoughts, and mutually Mitch and I did our best to help each other over the years. He was a great person inside! I felt his fight as he worked his way through life. I was proud of him then, and now. I am sure you are too. Sending my deepest condolences, I wish everyone who knew him the best in life. 

Mitch, we had a dream together in life, goals, looked up, forward, and onward. I'm crushed inside from being unable to hear from you. Saddened by your passing. But you have left me with something unique that provokes a smile when I think of you. Thank you for the time you shared with me.

Lynny, I love you so much and wish I could take some of your pain away.  When I lost Seth, I thought it was the end of my world as I knew it.  The pain never goes away but in time it's not as intense.  Please just know that Mitch will always have an ear open to you and a heart full of love for you. Luv Sandi

Dear Lynn and Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your boy.  I am so grateful to have had the chance to speak with you all at the memorial.  I was nervous about going and about crying, but after having the chance to speak with you all it reminded me that all these feelings are okay..  Thank you so much for today, and the pictures brought back so many childhood memories.  I can only imagine how hard it is to go through this and there really aren't any words, but I'm glad I got to connect with all of you.

The entire Hardman family is thinking of you at this incredibly sad time.  We always enjoyed having Mitch in our midst at our home and watching the fun and camaraderie that he and James shared as young boys.  Mitch was one of the first friends that James made when we moved here to the Cape just about 21 years ago.  He was a sweet and kind soul and we all loved him.
