Frances E. Rand passed away December 19, 2012. She was born in Columbus, GA to her parents Otis and Mattie in June 7, 1923. She was a resident of Daytona Beach and member of Central Baptist Church of Daytona. Mrs. Rand is survived by her Sons Richard Rand and wife Kim of Daytona Beach, Gary Rand of Port Orange and Philip Rand and wife Kim of Ormond Beach; daughter Christine Clem and husband Edward of Daytona Beach; three grandchildren Susan Sheehan, Karen Mena and Stephanie Rand, also surviving are two great- grandchildren.
