

Janet was born December 16th, 1951, to Geneva and Libero Miro. She graduated from Mainland High School and went on to become a mother, an EMT, a Volunteer fire person, and with her husband Robert, she administrated the fire department at Daytona International Speedway for many years.
Janet enjoyed cooking, spending time with her children, playing board games with her grandchildren, strolling through Disney, watching the cooking channel, being involved in church life, and caring for her husband. She is preceded in death by her mother, Geneva Miro, aunt Louise Johnson, father, Libero Miro, son-in-Law Walter Wooley, and husband Robert W. Vining.
Survived by her brothers Louis “Bud” Miro (Rosanna), and Robert Miro, and sister Stella Russomano; her children: daughters, Vicki (David) Majors, Julie Morris (Rod Loper, Sr.), and Jennie Kimber, and son, John (Jenny) Kimber; grandchildren: Brant Wooley, Darien Wooley, Erica Howell, Roderick Loper, Jr., Devin and Bryce Kimber, and Paige Judice; great-grandsons: Parker Howell and Lucian Marriott; nieces: Maria and Mary Russomano, Melissa (JR) Knight, Traci (Chase) Banks, Madia (Jeff) Green; great-nieces: Brittany Russomano, Addison Fowler, Madison and Linda Knight, Kaylee Hooper, Austyn, Brynna and Connelly Banks; and great-nephews: Brandon Russomano, Elijah Fowler and Tres Knight, Jayden Hooper, Joe and Ben Green.
Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 11 AM, at Beville Road Church of Christ: 850 Beville Rd, Daytona Beach, Fl 32114. Service will be officiated by her son, John Kimber.
