Julian Howard Parker, 52, of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away on June 2, 2011 surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Palatka, Florida, he lived in Daytona Beach 52 years. He graduated high school and attended college. Julian later served in the U.S. Army with an honorable discharge. He is survived by mother Juliet Parker, son Julian P. Miller, grandchildren Tanecia Gregory, Jaziah Miller, and Ju'nyla Miller, aunt Edith, cousin Elizabeth, very special and close friends Beverly Parsley and Mark Johnson Sr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
