

Margaret M. Rozwadowski, a cherished and compassionate individual, passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on April 2, 1940, Margaret was a devoted, generous, and inspirational woman who touched the lives of many with her kind-hearted and thoughtful nature.
Margaret graduated high school in New Hampshire. In 1975, she moved to Florida with her husband, Francis, and their family. She retired from the Volusia County Sheriff's Department, where she was known for her dedication, integrity, and unwavering work ethic.
In 1959, Margaret married the love of her life, Francis John Rozwadowski, who preceded her in death, along with her parents, Marie and Otis Jerard; sisters, Patricia Thibodeau, Pauline Jerard, Barbara Jerard
She is survived by her loving children: her son, Christopher (Sandy) Rozwadowski, and daughters, Mary Lutz and Karen (Bart) Bornack. Her legacy continues through her beloved grandchildren, David Bohnsack, Kristie Auerbach, and Tanner Lutz, and great-grandchildren, Emma Auerbach, Landon Lutz, Berkley Lutz, and Landin Bohnsack. She is also survived by her dear brothers, David Jerard and Bill Jerard, along with a host of extended family and friends who were blessed to know her.
Margaret had a deep love for her family and took great pride in caring for her home and yard. She especially treasured Christmastime, a season that brought her immense joy. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the true spirit of the holidays — a reflection of her nurturing heart and the love she poured into everything she did. Her greatest happiness came from time spent with her grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will live on in their hearts.
Margaret’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and quiet strength. She will be remembered not only for the kindness she gave so freely, but for the way she made others feel seen, valued, and deeply loved. As a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, she leaves behind a life well-lived and deeply appreciated — a beautiful example of grace, sincerity, and enduring love.
