Phyllis A. Osborne passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family at the age of 79.
Phyllis shared 58 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Doug Osborne Sr. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and unwavering support for one another. She was a proud and loving mother to Doug (Colleen) Osborne Jr. and DeeAnn Calloway, and a deeply cherished grandmother to Marissa Evers and Logan Calloway, who brought her endless joy.
She is also survived by her brother, Jerry Cestare, along with many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed to know her.
Phyllis was the heart of her family. As a mother and grandmother, she was always present—never missing a game, performance, or special moment. Her encouragement, warmth, and gentle spirit made everyone around her feel loved and supported. To her husband, she was not only a wife but a true soulmate and lifelong partner.
She loved the peace and beauty of the beach, where many treasured family memories were made. Phyllis also enjoyed classic cars and the simple joy of spending time with the people she loved most. Above all, family was everything to her.
For 58 years, Phyllis worked as a hairdresser, a profession she truly loved. Through her work she touched many lives, offering not only her skill but also kindness, friendship, and a listening ear to all who sat in her chair.
Phyllis will be remembered for her loving heart, her compassion, her strength, and the deep devotion she had for her family. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched and in the love she gave so freely.
