Phyllis Kazmier Pennett, 58, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2013. Phyllis was born January 8, 1955 in Boston, Massachusetts to Peter and Helen Kazmier. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband James Pennett and previous husband Michael E. Mysiuk. She is survived by her daughter Lynn Mysiuk and her spouse John Myatt and grandsons John James Myatt and Logan Michael Myatt. She is also survived by her brother, Peter Kazmier and wife Susan of W. Port St. Lucie, Florida and her sister, Diane Cotter of Milford, Massachusetts , her sister Laura Rackley of Oakwood, Georgia and several loving nieces and nephews. A public visitation will be held Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 11:00 until time of service at 11:30 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 548 N. Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL.
