Ralph and my Grandma Connie were, and continue to be, a strong encouragement in my life and walk with Jesus. Ralph has given me countless crosses to take on missions and also bought me my Spanish Bible and Arabic Bible. Ralph shares the love of Christ and leaves the legacy of His name alone for generations, countries, and people of all tongues. He is now telling Jesus how much “I <3 Jesus” face to face, what a fulfillment! 

Hello Dad,

You are a very special man. You are always the first one to step up to help others in need.  You always greet people with a smile and a hand shake.  

You have lived a life that is deserving of a celebration.  You have set the bar high for all of us to live by.  You are a blessed man.

Love you dad.


Ralph was one of the nicest most giving people I ever met. He only thought of others and was always happy. Thank you for all your goodness and for all you did for our family. We all miss you.

Ralph was a neighbor of mine and what a good neighbor he was!  He would always knock on the window and wave to me when I walked by with my dogs.  His dog Buddy, and my dogs never got along, but we both laughed at how they barked themselves out!  I would oftentimes see Ralph in his garage making the wood crosses  he gave away to so many.  My mom received several from him which she gave to people at Bridgeview Nursing home where through Ralph she spread the love of Jesus for many years. We also knew Ralph from Tomoka Christian Church.   I will miss him, he was a special soul.  Rest in the arms of Jesus Ralph.  You were a good and faithful servant.

Dearest Ralph,
You were the Best ❣️. You left behind such a legacy. Your crosses, and hats "I love♥️ Jesus" are everywhere. You have made such an impact on people's lives, and mine too.
Was so honored to be you and Connie's Nurse. Both of you have changed me and impacted my life forever♥️

Ralph was an extraordinary man. He radiated his Savior in everything he said and did. The world is a better place because Ralph was in it. We do not mourn without hope, as he is now in the arms of Jesus.

Around 2014 Ralph and my mother Connie Bennett met at Tomoka Christian Church. They became inseparable friends. They could be found together at Dr. Appointments, pool therapy, shopping, Bible studies and eating dinner.  When Covid 19 hit Ralph and my mom instead of living in fear they visited the elderly. When my Mom passed away she was working in the beautiful garden that they created. I will always be grateful for the friendship my Mom found in you and for your Christian testimony.  My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Ralph's family and friends.  We know you are in heaven because we know you ' love Jesus '.  Deepest sympathy,  Louis Bennett 

Ralph meant everything to our family. I miss him already and will forever be In awe of his kindness and concern for others. Ralph made the world a better place. His gratitude to God was so evident and bold in how he lived out his faith in his daily walk. His hat! His handmade crosses that are distributed all over the world! His service to all in need and the love he had for God’s people! I can honestly say I’m a better person because of Ralph Zellers! May he now bask in the presence of our Lord and enjoy all who have welcomed him into his eternal home. My thoughts and prayers are with Steve and Craig and their families during this difficult time. 

So sorry to hear about Ralphs passing I got to know him where I work and talked to him everyday. Going to miss you Ralph RIP . Thoughts and prayers to Ralph's family & friends.
