Richard Allen Ballou 70, Passed away at Florida Hospital on January 16, 2013. Richard was born in Templeton, MA to his parents Guy and Elizabeth Ballou on January 12, 1943. He enjoyed watching sports, especially racing and spending time with his family. Richard and his wife Judy have called the Ormond Beach area home since 1981. Mr. Ballou served his country honorably in the United States Air Force and was a former member of the American Legion. Richard will missed dearly by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Judith; his sons Scott and Richard of Massachusetts; daughter Beth and husband Thomas of Bossolet, MA; brother Roger Ballou and wife Carrol also of Massachusetts; and 8 grandchildren. Richard is predeceased by his sister Helen Kimble. Services were held privately at the Ballou residence.
