Rose Ellen Rincicotti Wragg died Saturday January 2 at Advent Health Hospital. She was born in New London, CT and moved to this area in 1970 from New Jersey. Ms. Wragg was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ormond Beach and retired from Embry Riddle University after 35 years of service in Admissions. Her hobbies included gardening, going to the pool with friends, and watching musicals. She enjoyed traveling, loved her family, and was so proud of her grandkids. They have been her biggest pride and joy. She owned a special Yorkie, named Karleigh who always comforted her. Survivors include, son, David Rink, Davidson, NC; daughter, Catherine Mallar, Ormond Beach; sister, Janis Izzarone, The Villages, and five grandchildren, Jonathan, Sydney, Connor, Ashlyn, and Sarah. Rose Ellen received support, guidance and friendship from "Charlene's Dream" a welcoming resource for women with cancer.
