Rufus Talmage Lyons 82 of Orange City, Florida, formerly of Ormond Beach passed away Saturday April 9, 2011. Rufus was a retired sheet metal builder and installer who honorably served in the U. S. Navy. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 61 years Mae; his children; Liz Patti, Judy Burns and her husband James; Michael and his wife Barbara and Timothy; his brother Edward and his wife Lee; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren .Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Alliance Church 55 North Nova Rd. Ormond Beach . Funeral services will be held Friday 1:00 P.M. at Alliance Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Volusia Memorial Park.
