Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on June 4th, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 69. Loving husband of Sandy for 47 years. Proud Dad of Chris (Maureen) and Kevin. Cherished Grampa of Kodey and Cameron. Brother of Robert. Dave will be missed by his sister-in-law Marilyn (Carl) and their family as well as by his mother-in-law Irene Harrison. He is predeceased by his parents Bill and Louise Owens and by his father-in-law Cecil Harrison. Those who knew Dave will remember him for his love of hunting, fishing and spending time at the casino.
