Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Gull Lake on August 6th, 2014 in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Sue. Loving stepfather of Tracy, Holly, Stephen (Natalie), Robert (Cathy), and David (MaryLeigh). Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Michelle, Kaleigh, Megan, Madison, Braydon, Nicholas and Dylan. Fondly remembered by his brothers William (Janice), Randy (Olivia), David (Kerri) and Tom (Mary). Predeceased by his parents Robert and Estelle Carswell and by his brother Robert Carswell. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43, 471 Simcoe St. S., Oshawa on Saturday, August 16th, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234).
