Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends after a brief illness at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, on Saturday, September 25th, 2010, in his 86th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Annie “Blanche” (nee Yetman). Loving father of Bob and his companion Karen, and Brenda DiMalta and her husband Jason. Cherished grandfather of Kate and Ryan. Dear brother of Dorothy May, and Gordon Ayles (Christina) and predeceased by his sister Marion Campbell. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral arrangements entrusted to OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234). Entombment was held at Thornton Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Memorial Hospital Foundation Bowmanville would be appreciated and can be made through the Oshawa Funeral Home.
