Grace Wilson

On Saturday June 16th, 2012 following a lengthy illness. Grace was the daughter of John and Jane Wilson and was predeceased by all of her siblings, Alfred, John and Gordon Wilson and Dorothy Paterson. She will be missed terribly by her brother-in-law Gordon Paterson, niece Jane Paterson and her husband Mike Soegtrop. She was adored by her beloved nephews Robbie and Matthew Soegtrop. Grace was the partner of the late Alec Mackay and she will be sadly missed by Alec's family. Sincere thanks are extended to Grace's friends for all of their kindness and visits during this long and difficult illness. To Dorothy Churchill we are so very grateful. Also special thanks to the Durham CCAC and to Martha Coghill whose care enabled Grace to stay at home and to maintain her independence as was her desire. According to her wishes a private family interment will be held. A memorial service for family and friends is planned for Saturday June 23rd, 2012 between 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Oshawa Golf Club. Donations to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation’s, Client Comfort and Learning Fund would be appreciated.
