After a brief illness at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Thursday, November 17th, 2016 at 85 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Loving father of Virginia Sommer and Monica and her husband Steve Meringer. Proud Grandpa of Christopher and his wife Jenna and the late Kaleigh. A special thankyou to Dr. Gee, Dr. Santin and the 2nd floor nursing staff at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville for their care and compassion. A private family service will be held at a later date.
