Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on Sunday, February 5th, 2012, at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband Don Brown (1996). Loving mother of Scott (Pam), Kevin (Patti), Lori MacKinnon (Don). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jeremy (Predeceased), Christopher, Geoff (Melisa), Stephanie (Patrick), Devon and Josh, and by her great grandchildren Kymberley and Reid. She will be sadly missed by her niece Glenda Richards and her children Lori, Marc, Jason, and great great grandnieces Lindsay, Heather, Hailey, Holly and great great grandnephew Matt. Predeceased by brother Orville and her sister Hazel. Special thanks to Cardinal Nannies, especially Alyssa for all her love and care. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, February 9th from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, February 10th 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
