Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, March 14th, 2016, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Elsie for 58 years. Loving father of Jan (P.J.), Susan (Howard) and David (Karen). Cherished Papa of Janine, Jenna, Jonathan, Andrew, Christopher, Jamie and Kelsie. Great Papa of Kennedy, Charlotte and Izabelle. Jim leaves behind his brother Frank (Irene) of England as well as many relatives in the UK. As per Jim’s own wishes there will be no formal funeral service and cremation will take place. A Celebration of Jim’s Life will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234).
