Roy Bryant

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of (Douglas) Roy Bryant (86) of Oshawa, Ontario, on December 23, 2024. He was born on June 29, 1938, to the proud parents of Douglas and Jean Bryant. Roy was a devoted father and grandfather. He is lovingly remembered by his children Robin, Deana, and Mark, his grandchildren Bobbie-Lee, Travis, Mandy, Kristopher, Ashley, Quinn, Evan, and Devin, and his great-grandchildren Logan, Zoe, Levi, and Jasiah. Dear brother of Rhonda and predeceased by Donna—Brother-in-law of Don and uncle to Randy, Steven, and Todd. Roy always made every effort to spend time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren including several trips to Blind River and Barrie. He was the core of his family encouraging many lively get-togethers, lunches and celebrations. Roy loved hunting, fishing and traveling. He was also an active member of the Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club. Our memories of him will forever be cherished.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home 847 King Street West, Oshawa on Friday January 10, 2025 at 1:30 pm.
