Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Hillsdale Terraces, at age 96. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 70 years Jim, and their son Sandy earlier this year (Sue). Cherished mother to Ron, dear Grandma of Jason (Nahid), Chad (Heather), Misty and Aaron (Brigitte). Loving Great Gram to Abbie, Zach, Sophie, Miles and Hugh. Ruby will be fondly remembered by extended family for her years growing up with brothers Elroy, Jack, Dennis and sisters Dorothy and Alma. Ruby will greatly missed by many friends at the Salvation Army and forever remembered for her exquisite quilting and seamstress abilities. A private family service will take place in the coming days, with arrangements entrusted to Oshawa Funeral Home. Interment at Mount Lawn Cemetery.
