Passed away with his family by his side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, January 21st, 2014 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Barbara for 41 years. Loving father of David (Judith), Greg (Debbie), John (Tracy) and Eric (Dianna). Cherished Grampy of Matthew, Kimberley, Kyle, Jessica, Santana, Jake (predeceased) Kaitlyn and Tia and great Grampy of Seth. Jim will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Mary, his extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at WESTMINSTER UNITED CHURCH (1850 Rossland Rd., E., Whitby) on Saturday, January 25th, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment of cremated remains to take place at a later date. Memorial donations to Westminster United Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
