Arnold O. Schueler, 89, of Ossian passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Ossian Health Care. He was born April 22, 1921, in Wells County to the late Otto & Frieda (Prange) Schueler. He was former owner of A & E Schueler Supply, farmed, and drove school bus. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Surviving family include his children, Ruth (David) Vanderhider – Ft Wayne, Donald (Amy) Schueler - Ossian; son-in-law, Aldon(Charlotte) Bultemeier - Ossian; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 step-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife Eldora (Rekeweg); daughter, Joyce Bultemeier; siblings, Oscar Schueler, Erna Scheimann, and Lorna Schueler. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Monday, November 22, 2010, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 7545 N 650 E, Ossian, Rev.William Brege officiating, with calling one hour prior to services. Calling hours are also Sunday from 1:00 – 6:00pm at the Elzey Patterson Rodak Funeral Home, 120 W Mill St.,Ossian. Burial will be in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery.
