Dustin Shinabery, 23, of Craigville, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019. He was born on May 16, 1996 in Fort Wayne. He was working as an apprentice service technician in commercial refrigeration at Temp-Masters, Inc., in Uniondale. He enjoyed many things music. He often found himself playing drums, guitar, and writing music. Surviving family include his mother, Mellissa (Jeff) Powell; step-father, Todd Smith; father, Daniel Shinabery; sisters, Kiersten Sell, Danielle Smith, Chelsea Sisco; nieces, Ava and Wesleigh Smith; nephew, Abel Sell; grandparents, Richard and Jackie Jolliff and Dave Smith; and uncles, Richie and Donald Jolliff. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill St., Ossian with visitation two hours prior. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Ossian. Memorials may be made to the family, c/o, Mellissa Powell.
